Influence of processing temperature on machining accuracy of slow wire machine

For high precision and high quality jogging wire cutting, the environmental stability must meet the required requirements, no direct sunlight or air flow, and temperature change should be monitored. The temperature range of the machine is guaranteed to be 20 + 3. If the temperature difference is large, the machining accuracy and surface roughness will be affected.
Room temperature change has great influence on machining accuracy, and its influence is reflected in three aspects: size, position and shape. As shown in the figure below, the greater the temperature change and the larger the workpiece size, the more obvious the temperature will be affected. For example, a workpiece with a length of 200mm will produce a size error of 0.01mm when the temperature difference is 5 degrees. A larger part is best done in one boot. If one night is placed, only the main cut has little influence, but it is difficult to ensure the machining accuracy if the repair is stopped.
